How Much Is the Freedom Oklahoma Earthquake Settlement Payout?
If you're eligible and file a claim, you may receive a cash payment from the $555,000 total settlement fund, depending on how many people file.
The final payout amount will vary based on:

Who Qualifies for the Freedom Oklahoma Earthquake Settlement?
The Freedom settlement covers:
- Anyone who owned or had an interest in residential or commercial real estate within Oklahoma between January 19, 2019 and the Effective Date, and suffered earthquake-related property damage from seismic events — including the February 2, 2024 Prague earthquake or other covered earthquakes occurring within the state.

2. File by Mail
If you did not receive a Class Member ID:
