What Happened?
This class action lawsuit alleges that AT&T suffered two data incidents-one in March 2024 involving personal data (names, SSN, addresses, etc.), and one in July 2024 involving call logs and related data-compromising sensitive consumer information and prompting claims under consumer protection laws.
How Much Is AT&T Paying and What Can I Get?
If you're eligible and file a claim, you may receive a cash payment (estimated around Up to $7,500) depending on how many people file.
The final payout amount will vary based on the number of valid claims submitted.
Am I Eligible to File a Claim?
If you were exposed to either the AT&T 1 Data Incident (announced March 30, 2024) or the AT&T 2 Data Incident (announced July 12, 2024), you may be eligible to submit a claim and receive benefits under the settlement.
