What Is the Kitsap Mental Health Services Settlement About?
This class action lawsuit alleges that Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) experienced a targeted cyberattack in October 2024 that resulted in unauthorized access to certain computer systems. According to the lawsuit, files containing private and sensitive personal information were accessed during the incident.
